Single room and private bath available for move in starting Oct. 10th – $1,000 or $500/each if divided by two.

The apartment has AC and heating, high-speed WiFi, full kitchen access. The complex is secure, has a pool and jacuzzi, and has a laundromat on site. 1 parking space in the garage is included with the rent. The only utilities you will pay for are WiFi ($20) and the electricity fees every two months.

10-minute walk from CSUN, shopping centers, restaurants and fast-food places like The Habit, Chipotle, and everything else that’s good on Reseda Blvd!

Available to move in October 10th. Will need first months rent and a $500 deposit required for move-in.

Hello! My name is Jess and I am a full time student at cal state Northridge, and part time employee for a creative agency as a digital marketer and project manager – currently working from home so you will most likely catch me on my laptop from 8am-7pm on weekdays. 👩🏻‍💻 I have a very loving small Maltese dog who is potty trained! (you must like dogs).

Essentially just looking for two-three new responsible, reliable, friendly, and goal driven roomies who are okay with early risers and music lovers!

I’m a very neat, organized, and responsible. I clean up after myself so I expect my roomies to do the same to respect the common spaces. I’m a girl who keeps to her self when I’m working and doing homework but genuinely enjoys good laughs and good food when my time allows.

If you’re into long walks, spontaneous beach trips, sound baths and skincare we will definitely get along well! Nonetheless, I am very open to meeting new people who are driven and passionate about their goals!
