Hi there!

I have one bedroom available for rent in my basement starting December 1st (might be mid-November.) You will share the basement kitchen, bath and laundry with one other person. If you are looking for a quiet home with respectful, happy people, this is for you.

The room is 13x12, has a walk-in closet and is right next to the bathroom. Plenty of street parking is available. Rent is month to month. Damage deposit will be required. Credit and background check also required.

No couples, no pets, no smoking. I want to create a respectful environment in my home and I will guard that environment pretty fiercely. This will ensure that we all have a good experience together. A little about the current roommates: we are all working professionals and are on the quiet, introverted side. Quiet hours during the week are 9pm-8am because we have very busy work schedules. There will be a total of four people living in the house. One upstairs, one on the main floor (me) and two in the basement. Me and the roommate upstairs have our own laundry, kitchen and bathrooms (I mention that in case the set up is confusing.)

I am in the process of finishing the basement right now. It will be completed Dec 1st (or a little earlier.) I’ve included pictures of the rest of the house for reference. You are welcome to use the entire house, but your designated laundry, kitchen and bath will be in the basement. The community has many wonderful amenities for your use. I have three stand up paddle boards you can use. After the basement is completed, I will be installing a hot tub in the backyard as soon as possible (probably early spring 2021). I also have a guest room upstairs and it sleeps 4 people.
