Single room (choice between 3) for rent in a 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath house located in the beautiful Kingwood neighborhood of River Chase. We are new to the area and are still in the process of furnishing the house, photos are from when the house was staged. The bedroom will be unfurnished (possibility of coming furnished but no mattress). The ideal candidate would be someone that is single with a full-time job or career. Must be relatively neat, mature, and clean up after yourself. Couples may be considered.

• You will have a choice between 3 rooms…
• Room 1 is at the front of the house, with the view of the front yard and has a small closet. (14’x11’)
• Room 2 has a view of the side yard, closet, extra storage space (must see), and the shared bathroom immediately outside the bedroom. (15’x13’)
• Across from Room 2 is room 3, with a closet and view of the backyard/pool. Shared bathroom immediately outside the bedroom. (14’x12’)

House details:

• The house backs up to a beautiful view of the forest and no rear neighbors
• Outdoor pool and spa
• Game room with pool table and media room upstairs with seating for 7

I am 32 years old, female, and before two months ago, I have lived in Oregon my whole life. I have been a restaurant manager for the past 13 years. I’m laid back and keep to myself. I love nature and animals. My boyfriend is 30 years old, also from Oregon, and works from home. He vapes but other than that, we do not smoke, rarely drink, and are not partiers. He is a people person and loves interacting with just about anyone. He loves cars and rap music.

We are a moderately conservative household.
