We have one indoor cats and will not be allowed into your living area, but will be free to roam the common area. Stop reading now if this is a deal breaker as we cannot get rid of our cat.

We will be living on the second floor above the common area where we have three bedrooms and one full bath. $900 OBO.

A couple who are in our mid 30’s. We have been married for 10 years. We have a baby girl who is nine months old. The wife and I work full time while she is still working on her degree. There is the first floor that separates your basement from our living space on the (third floor) second story, so it won’t be loud when the baby cries. We are very laid back, easy going and clean. We don’t have any much for furniture as we move often.
