Id like to find a roommate from May 3 through October 3rd for my Fully furnished and ready to go trailer. It’s a restored retro 1960s trailer in a very cool classic Palm Springs trailer park. It’s three bedrooms(I’d have one) and one bath including kitchen, living room. Non-smokers only but cannabis friendly if outside on patios. Electricity is not included but gas, water and trash are.
It’s in a 55 or older community so typically they like to be 50+ or more It’s a pretty cool little place tho.

So whoever comes needs nothing. All towels, cookware, dishes etc. are there. Comes with washer and dryer, Internet, all the needs !! Beautiful view of Bob Hope’s old house!! Large 9 foot deep pool and Jacuzzi also on the premises.
