This is a 3 bed 2 bath duplex conveniently located to everything: 1 Mile from glade parks for shopping, dining, entertainment 3 miles from dfw airport 4 miles from historic downtown grapevine 5 miles from southlake town square

Quiet neighborhood. You would have your own room and bathroom. I do have a bed in the bedroom which you are welcome to use or I am happy to move it out, whatever works. The third room is basically used as a “junk room” so if you needed a little extra space to store a few boxes etc we could definitely discuss. The rent includes water, electric, lawn care, wifi, use of w/d. There is plenty of parking on the street and if we can coordinate there is a long driveway that can accommodate two cars easily. The landlord will require a background and credit check, this is non negotiable. I’m asking for first and last months rent upfront. My lease is up March 31.
