Direct high-speed internet and full cable package and streaming service access. 6-month starting lease, moving to month to month. Utilities can be negotiated, but are about $250. Multiple Off-street parking is included but shared. No smoking in the house. Walking distance to 4 bars, 3 gyms, traffic circle shops and CSULB off-campus bus/shuttle. Currently myself, my small dog Willy, and roommate Noah. I’m an engineer working from my home office half of the week. Love to entertain and have friends over on weekends when I’m not out. Very active socially and enjoy playing in sports leagues or planning group trips. Huge sports fan and active most days, always down for an adventure or explore, or some chill movie nights. Rarely do I stay and hang around the house. Interests: Beach days, Surfing, Volleyball, Golf, Hiking, Biking, Paddleboarding, Gym workouts, Cooking, Home Bartendin’, Green Bay Packers and Penn State football. Ideal roommate enjoys being social, is active and is friendly and helpful in house upkeep.
