This is a new property that was just built. They are waiving all deposits and application related fees and is right across the street from Ponce City Market and has direct access to the belt line. Apartment has hardwood floors, premium counter tops, cabinets, etc. Washer and dryer included with rent. This is an amazing area to live in and is really beautiful. Building has a restaurant, 24 hour lounges and business center. There is also a fitness center with 24 hour access and has fitness classes which are included with rent. There is also a really nice pool and several other great amenities such as BBQ, common area wifi, 24 hour package delivery access, valet trash, etc. You will be the first person to live in the room as it is brand new. Rent and utilities will be split 50-50. I am the Manager for IT Services for Delta Connection flights at the airport and am very responsible and clean. I am able to fully furnish common areas of the apartment and you are more than welcome to use everything of mine as long as you take good care of it. If this is too expense I’m happy to go for something a little less expensive so just let me know and i’m pretty flexible.
