I have taken three rooms in my house into a mini duplex. There is a private bedroom / living room combo, a full private bath and a private mini kitchen. There is no laundry access or full kitchen access. Main house entry is shared. Private rooms has separated secure entry. Security camera provided that only tenant has full control of this camera. I am a 65 year old grandfather . I am retired but still work part time. I’m not looking for anything more than a tenant. I am a quiet and private person. I will also respect your privacy.
