Looking for a housemate for a completely furnished second bedroom with an attched bathroom. I own a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse in Gibsonton in a gated community with a pool. The monthly rent would be $500, which includes utilities like water, electric, and wifi (no cable because of streaming devices). Rent does not include food which we would keep separate. I clean often and the person living with me should too. I do have 1 cat that is very calm and shy. Due to allergies, no additonal pets. I am a teacher so my housemate must be responsible and relatively quiet on week nights. We could do a short lease and reevaluate then for a longer one if necessary. Message me if interested.
