Wallington Avenue

This is a two family home. Room is on the second floor. Quiet neighborhood with a park right across the street. Apartment is shared with two other women although you would only be sharing the bathroom with one other person. Apartment is completely furnished except for the room. Bus stop to NYC 5 minute walking distance as well as 7/11, bowlero bowling alley, local bar, etc. utilities included (wifi, gas, electric, water)

We’re super laid back and prioritize respect/open communication. Cleanliness is a must! Must clean up after yourself and keep common areas clean. Guests are never a problem as long as they are respectful :)
