Looking for someone to take over my part of a lease at The Element at University Park, in Bryan close to Blinn and Texas A&M. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer in the apartment. You would have a bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom, shared living room and kitchen (living room is already furnished) with a female college student roommate. Dogs or cats are great! Plenty of parking space in lot and covered parking underneath the building as well. Beautiful trees and creek just outside front door. Lease runs through August 8th 2021. The apartment is great I just need to move back to Austin. Internet/wifi is set up and paid for by the apartment complex. If you’re interested text me for more info.
