I need someone to take over my lease for my private bedroom inside of a 2 bedroom unit, luxury apartment at the Griff near OSU. Its 5 minutes away from campus with a bathroom inside of bedroom and a walk-in closet. I really want to find someone between Sept 20th-Oct 1st. Rent is $900 water and internet/cable included, only utility you’ll have to pay for is the electric which is split between roommate. There is also a full washer and dryer in the unit, dish washer and the apartment comes fully furnished. Its only one roommate and he’s very quiet and not a bother. I’m looking for a male to take over my lease. There are a lot of great amenities, it comes with a game room, gym, computer room, lounge, movie theatre, large pool, and a huge court yard with a volleyball pit. Lease last until July 31, 2021. Act fast!!!!

There is only one other person living in this apartment. It’s a two bedroom and I cannot complain about the roommate here, he is quiet, works out, he is very clean and not a bother at all.
