This is a spacious 2bd 2bth located just minutes away from downtown Walnut Creek. Direct access to the Iron Horse Trail provides an easy walk or bike ride to the Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek BART stations and downtown Walnut Creek.

Currently, I live here just with my roommate but I will be relocating to Los Angeles shortly. Looking for a respectful, fun, working professional (male or female) to take over my lease. I’d love to hear a little bit about yourself- any favorite hobbies, what you do for work, how you like to spend your free time etc. If you have a LinkedIn or IG handle to share it would be really helpful as well.

He is a very fun, relaxed and responsible guy in his late 20s. He enjoys working out, outdoor activities, video games, going out with friends or entertaining them on occasion at home.
