Fillmore is a great, safe little town. I have frequently run at nine or ten at night and felt zero discomfort. It’s 20 minutes from Ventura, has a great bike path, and is surrounded by the mountains and bounded by two rivers. The apartment has street and unit parking, and 3 beds, 2 bath. Currently, one bedroom is used as common space with backyard access for the pets. You’d have your own bed and bathroom, and can bring common area furniture if you like. Full access to the kitchen etc. is yours for the taking.

I’m a 25 yo woman with a dog and three cats currently, so if you’re looking to get your pet-fix in without owning one, I am the right roommate for you! I’m laidback, spending most of my evenings with my boyfriend. We’re friendly, clearly animal lovers, and like playing games or chatting, but are perfectly willing to give you any space you’d like.
