Location It is a quiet neighborhood and is located close to Bellevue, Seattle as well as close to shops and amenities.

The rent also includes the usage of common areas found on the upper level of the house such as the kitchen, laundry, living and dining room, large terrace and the full bathroom. Dishes and dinnerware sets are available. Large leather sofa available in the living room as well as table + chairs in the dining room (images made before the sofa, table and chairs arrived).

Currently there is one person (male) renting one of the bedrooms on the upper level of the house.
