My fiancé and I (both in our 40’s) will be splitting our time between SF and our other home so you will have the place to yourself ~70% of the time.
1200 sq ft Fully furnished, but room for a dresser or desk in your room.
We rearranged the large dining room during COVID so we could have a better workout space but that can easily be put back to make it more formal if preferred.
Free street parking Laundry in building Split utilities 50/50 (approx. $80 each) Share weekly housecleaning/upkeep
Credit Check Required Deposit: 1 month’s rent
Can be available Oct. 10th if absolutely needed.
