2 story home, built in the 70’s. open floor plan, split level. 1.5 baths, 3 bedrooms (one is available). full bath has water jet tub. hardwood floors throughout. generously sized, fully fenced yard. drama-free neighbors and neighborhood. elementary school across the street. home is clean and well maintained.

single (currently stay at home) mom of 1 infant (almost toddler). non smoker. i was a full time student before having a baby (the pandemic has made everything pretty difficult). looking for a roommate because since my sons father and i split up in march, money is getting tighter and tighter, and i can’t bear to leave my son with strangers in daycare in order to work right now. i have 2 cats. i don’t care if you smoke cannabis, as long as it won’t be around my child (keep it in the bedroom) but i don’t want to live with a tobacco user. i haven’t had anyone over since march other than my parents (can’t keep grandparents away from a baby!) and my older sisters have been by a couple times… point being, i’m not really wanting a lot of people in and out of the house. i am in my mid 30’s. my son is extremely upbeat and joyful, and he is learning how to walk right now and approaching his 1st birthday. he is a very normal baby- he cries when he wants something, he shrieks and giggles and is learning how to talk, he makes messes and i clean them up, he has a very consistent sleep, eat, bath, play, etc schedule, he loves to play and explore the house and world. i do not wear shoes indoors because i want to minimize the stuff he can potentially get on his hands (and inevitably in his mouth). i’m a vegan (as is my littles) so, it’s a definite bonus if you are a vegan or vegetarian, too! i don’t drink, and i haven’t since i found out i was pregnant- mainly because i have been alone with my son 24/7 and it seems like an unsafe and sort of irresponsible thing to test my alcohol tolerance after almost 2 years when i don’t have a backup caregiver if i get tipsy. plus, the baby goes to bed very early and gets up very early so i have to, as well. yeah, it’s a pretty uneventful and “boring” world over here, but hey, maybe you’re looking for that! we’re just a happy stable little duo with our kitties, looking to maybe add a new happy stable friend into the mix :)
