Boxwood Drive

This a 2 bed 2 bath apt fully furnished except the bed in 2nd bedroom. I am the current tenant living in the other bedroom. I have been in this apartment for 1.5 years now and I absolutely love it. Its well kept and very clean and has a great peaceful vibe to it. Utilities are pretty cheap, about $100 per person including internet, electricity, gas, water and sewer. This apt is right next to Indian grocery store, anytime fitness, restaurants. Regular grocery store like Trader Joes, Donelan’s and Market Basket, restaurants and convenience stores are within 10 min driving range.

I am a working professional in her late 20s, like to cook, workout, watch movies, listen to music. I generally keep to myself, like things clean and tidy esp common areas. Due to the current situation we are all in I would expect my potential flatmate to take COVID precautions, not invite too many people home and follow the state regulations.

I have listed apt move in date as Nov 1st and lease length as 1 year, I am a bit flexible about both.

My current flatmate is getting married so we have to part ways but she has kept the room and her bathroom well.
