Property newly renovated, in a huge house, with two separate living spaces. Individual rooms has security lock and key, to keep Tennant’s possessions safe and secured, when away from home. Property has central air and heat and is centrally located with easy access to various places. This is a weekly rental 150.00 per week for room with private bathroom, and $100.00 per week for room with shared bathroom.

Property is occupied by one other tenant. This individual is hard working, very respectful, and quiet. Won’t even know he’s there.
