Property has central air and heat and is centrally located with easy access to various places. This is a weekly rental 150.00 per week for room with private bathroom, and $100.00 per week for room with shared bathroom.

Property is occupied by one other tenant. This individual is hard working, very respectful, and quiet. Won't even know he's there.
