Private room available in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Laundry available on site. Great area with a great view and Patio. Rent $600 for private room with closet $550 for smaller room (no door) Utilities shared between 3 (Electric, Wifi, Gas, Heat) I am looking to rent out a private room to someone clean and responsible. bathroom will be shared between 3 people. No Smoking on property, allowed on Patio, No Pets, Bring one or two friends over is okay every once in a while but only with prior notice. Must be respectful of others and clean up the kitchen after every time you use it.

I am a working professional in my late 20’s. I dance and teach dance on the side and practice at home. I am laid back and chill. Prefer room mates in their mid 20’s to early 30’s.
