Looking for 2 roommates for a 3 bedroom apartment to co sign lease with me. Private room available in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. In-room washer dryer available. The property is equipped with a fitness center for residents. Great area with a great view. Rent $600 and $550 Utilities shared between 3 (Electric, Wifi, Gas, Heat) I am looking to rent out a private room to someone clean and responsible. bathroom will be shared between 2 people. No Smoking on property, No Pets, Bring one or two friends over is okay every once in a while but only with prior notice. Must be respectful of others and clean up the kitchen after every time you use it.
