Crossing Place

Looking to sublease my bedroom for 671.95 per month. It is a private bedroom and bathroom all utilities included. There are 3 female roommates ages 18 through 24. The apartment is pet friendly. There is in unit laundry and free parking. Amenities include swimming pool, gym, and computer lab. Lease lasts from mid October through July 1st but I am Flexible on the move-in date. Security deposit is negotiable am willing to pay for half.

Me and my roommates have a variety of interests. We range from a Hair stylist who loves a good cocktail to a earth and animal loving young physical therapist in training. We are all pretty neat only the occasional dish left out every once in a while. Are 4/20 and pet friendly!
