Our current roommate needs to move out, so we have a 144 sq ft unfurnished bedroom available within our apartment. The bedroom has a decent size closet and a personal heater in the wall. Plenty of outlets, and a single window for nice lighting during the day.

$500/mo includes WiFi and electricity. We also ask that you pay our current roommate (who is moving out) the $330 security deposit she initially paid. Once you move out, if you stay for the entire 12-month lease, you will receive this $330 back from the apartment management.

My partner and I currently rent this 2-bedroom apartment as the only occupants. We reside in the master bedroom down the hall from the second bedroom. I’m a full-time nursing student with an ESA (emotional support animal) puppy named Naga. My partner is a full-time college student as well, so we’re both typically up early and going to classes during the week. We only work on the weekends, so we’re usually at home relaxing, watching movies, playing video games, or working on assignments.

We are looking for someone reliable and friendly, and we would especially love if you’re willing to go on walks with and watch our puppy during the weekends. We have preference for students and those in the LGBTQ+ community. We will NOT accept couples or other animals (unless the animal is a service or emotional support animal)

The apartment has amazing stainless steel appliances as well as a washer-dryer unit. The bathroom is a shared bathroom with two sinks, so you could have your own side. We are asking for $500 a month in rent, which will include our high speed WiFi and cost of electricity.
