Kat's room

listed through Mavi Unlimited property rentals, this is a top floor 2 BD/1BA apt with in unit w/d and dishwasher. Updated kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops and updated appliances. Synthetic wood floors throughout shared space, carpet in bedrooms. Main space is furnished but you will need bedroom furniture. Im great at finding awesome stuff through Facebook marketplace (see: the living room) and drive an SUV and am willing to help move furniture.

Building is a 6 unit apartment complex in the Lowry/Stapleton area and has electric heat but no AC, however winter is super toasty thanks to downstairs neighbors!

My names Kat im a 28 year old hippie. I like to do arts and crafts and listen to music and watch bad tv/movies and smoke weed. I have to work and clean but I don’t particularly LIKE doing them. But I still do. I try to maintain the overall cleanliness of the space but I don’t care if dishes are left in the sink, so long as there’s no smell. My room is another story, but thats my personal space, again as long as there’s no lingering smell im not too picky about how things are in personal bedrooms. My big thing is if theres something im not doing up to your standards please talk to me, I will always do my best to be a conscientious roommate.

I have a 45 lb dalmatian/beagle mix and the building will allow for one more dog, however im not sure about anything more than that. He’s super sweet, but barks at new people who enter. Just crinkle an empty water bottle and tell him to go to his room as this is how im trying to correct that behavior.
