Hey guys! My name is Sheldon, I am moving to the Savannah area from North Carolina for a job. I’m a 24 year old female, a non-smoker, with no pets but am definitely open to a roommate with pets. I’d like to live as close to downtown as possible. I have a place in mind, called Park and Broad Apartments. The rent is $2,100.00 for a two bedroom/two bathroom including utilities, so $1,100.00 per person. The apartment provides parking, has a pool, comes with an in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher, and is about 1.5 miles from downtown Savannah. I am open to looking at other places with the right roommate, but I definitely want to live as close as possible to downtown. My rent max is approximately $1,200.00. I am very clean. I am a non-smoker, but am okay with smokers who smoke outside. I drink occasionally. I do not have pets, but am open to roommates with pets. Park and Broad is pet friendly. I will be working regular business hours Monday - Friday, and may get a part time waitressing gig at nights.
