Looking for second roommate for my 2 bed 2 bath in East Lawn, just a few minutes from the Pearl Brewery, Incarnate Word, and Fort Sam. Oct or Nov 1st move in. $775 all utilities included. House is completely renovated down to the studs, monitored security system, lawn and landscaping maintenance, internet included, large laundry machines, private bathroom, large bedroom, and private pantry. I also sell vintage so the house will always be stocked with nice furniture 🙂

Just me living here. I just moved back to my hometown from NYC this summer. I work marketing and sell vintage furniture. I enjoy biking, volunteering, camping, going to the lake, and my 20 minute skin care routine ha. Oh and reading with my virtual book club! I would love to have a roommate that I get along with and can hang out with when we are free, but also has their own life and schedule because I do work a lot. 🙂 Although I do love the occasional late night out dancing I am past the party life on the whole, I don’t drink or smoke so would prefer someone who understands that and definitely no smoking.
