Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share my home in Eastside Spartanburg – Hillbrook Forest. $650 for room with private bath, Utilities can range from $85-$115 depending on the weather. The room and bathroom are pictured.
About me: I am a working professional late 30’s, not often home as I travel. I do not drink but do not mind if you do. Smoking is a no go for me though. You would share a 4-bedroom house on a one-acre lot with fenced in back-yard and beautiful veggie garden with myself and my current roomate-an easy going early 30’s cis male professional. We are considerate of our neighbors and respect each-others’ spaces. I am easy-going and do not take the world too seriously. We are very LGBTQ friendly. I have two dogs who travel with me. I’m open to small pets but need to meet them first :)
