Second floor, 1260 sq foot luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths looking for a LGBT or ally.

Apartment comes with central ac, central heat, washer and dryer in unit. Cable and high speed internet already installed (4K DVR is already in your room). Apartment comes with home security (one camera facing front door) to keep my renter insurance low.

Your bedroom has it’s own back deck with glass door. You will also have your own bathroom (hallway) that i will not use. Your room has also been freshly painted.

Entire apartment is furnished for the exception of your bedroom and bathroom. Dining room is empty too in case you are working from home too.

We have electical outlets outside the apartment for anyone who has electric vehicles.

Break down of costs:

Rent is $525 for you and $600 for me (my room is larger to accommodate my office as I work from home) so it’s only fair i pay a bit more.

Cable/internet is $20 for you and $60 for me. Cable includes 4K channels (if you have 4k tv), all premium movie channels and the internet is about 600 mbps download (wifi)

Gas and electric is usually $70 for you and $70 for me. Electric could be higher if you have an electric vehicle.

Total cost: $615 for you

I also have a 1 year old cat. So if you have a cat that gets along with others you can bring a cat.

Ample parking in front of apartment.

Some rules:

No smoking No vaping (sorry, bad experience) No recreational drugs You have to be somewhat clean. Not OCD clean but decent :) You’ll need a steady income for rent Apartment complex does a criminal background check on all tenants.

If you’re an introvert then bonus! So am I. Even though i work from home, my hours are so intense you’ll only see me every now and then.
