Four-plex 2 bedroom apartment! Shared bathroom, but I clean the whole house almost everyday after work. Neighbors all seem very friendly and all have kids so you know it’s safe! Unfurnished room. Prefer a female roommate because from my experience (with sisters), they tend to keep things cleaner which I love. Also, will take better pictures next time I go by the place if needed!

I’m the only other person living in it. I am a software trainer and am starting over with a clean slate. My work requires me to travel every now and then, and I’m usually gone for a week or two at a time, so I mainly need a roommate to keep an eye on the place when I am gone. I have a son who spends the night with me on weekends but he is very well behaved (daddy raises him right). Do not have any living room furniture but if you don’t either, that’s perfectly fine. I would love to pick out furniture with you!! Also, don’t worry. I won’t try and hit on you. Lol.
