Hi! I have a small bedroom available in our cute cottage-like 2nd story home. The room is perfect for someone who doesn’t need a lot of space or has a lot of things, and can live simply. It has a twin size bed but if you have a full/queen bed then you can fit it in too. This is a month to month rental with a 3 month preferred.

You will have access to the garden/yard area, laundry machines and garage for extra storage.th The rent includes utilities, which is the water, garbage and internet, and electric.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, quiet and responsible. No overnight guests, as the house is pretty small and I use it also as a home office. I’m also looking for someone who is smoke and drug free. The house is our haven, so I’m looking for roommate who is also drama free and likes to come home to wind down and relax.

Oh and we have cats! So looking for someone who enjoys living with kitties, who will mostly keep to themselves.

Our location is excellent and safe. We are located in central Honolulu on Prospect and Ward. So we are minutes away from Queens Hospital, Straub Hospital, Ala Moana, Ward Village, Salt Kakaako and all the restaurants and shops on King, Kapiolani and Keeamoku.

I am a working professional and I have some friendly indoor outdoor cats. (They are very cute and sweet) I work at the schools, and I have a side business, so I’m pretty busy. I enjoy nature, travel, dancing and meeting with my friends. I keep to myself and will respect your privacy and your things.
