Located off Jefferson, 7 minutes from Christopher Newport University. There is plenty of parking available and the complex has amenities including swimming pools, a fitness center, fishing, etc. My unit has a small patio as well. It is situated against the woods and is quiet and private. The neighbors are nice as well. You would have your own bedroom, private bathroom, and walk in closet! The kitchen is newly redone as well.
Iām a 20 year old music student at CNU. I enjoy spending time swimming, hiking, and cooking. At home I am pretty quiet and watch tv or study most of the time. I occasionally have friends over but I usually go out to their places. I am very clean and organized and pay all bills on time. Iām pretty easy to get along with!
