Master bedroom on main floor is available with attached private master bathroom. Looking for someone who places importance on a clean kitchen, is quiet and considerate. Someone aged Late 20s to early 50s ideal. No cats. Small breed hypoallergenic dog considered for extra fee. Garage and furnished bedroom also available for extra. Utilities and internet are an addl $110 per month. Rent is $695. Garage available for an extra fee and furnished room available for extra fee. Month to month rentals are a flat fee of $900/month & include furnished room & all utils. Weekly rental available for $350 / week - room is furnished & sheets/towels provided. Rental is for one person only if long term. If short term rental, we can discuss an addl person but there will be an extra cost.

Two females mid 20s & late 30s, 3 small maltese dogs. Dogs are yappy, need a roommate that doesnt mind and who loves dogs. We like to keep a clean kitchen! Not much for partying, like to relax and take it easy.
