Kerry's room

The room is on the second floor with a bath also on the second floor. The house has a view of the Cascades and Snohomish river valley. The house has a large yard/garden and deck. The house has an extensive library and a piano. Some garage space could be allocated if you have a bicycle or motorcycle.
There are already enough motorcycles that a car would not fit in.

At the present time I am the only resident of the house. I am a 63yo male. I am a physicist who was teaching until Covid. I enjoy online chess, studying math and sailing and motorcycles. If you are an avid sailor that would be a plus. I hope to make up some lost income by renting rooms. I want to rent to people who do not have social jobs i.e. People who are retired, work from home, are on disability(due to covid).
