It is a student-style apartment complex. This apartmnet is 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. I need someone to take over my lease for the apartment. Rent is $955, with all utilities except parking included. Wifi and cable is included for free as well. The apartment is furnished, so should you take over the lease a desk and bed are already provided. Attatched to the room is a private bathroom, walk-in shower, and closet. a washer and dryer are also included in the unit.

There are two males residing in this apartment already with a service animal. One is 24 and works 9-5, and the other is 25 and a full time student with a 6 year old lab mix as a service animal. Roommates are extremely friendly, as is the dog. The dog minds his own business and does not pay any attention to anyone but his owner.
