About the room
I have a 4 bedroom house and it’s almost completely empty. I’m the first person to live in it so it’s brand new. Both rooms are on the side of the house with no other room by it and your own bathroom by the rooms. One room has a walk in closet and the other a standard sliding door closet. It’s located in Copper Basin in San Tan Valley. I will pay the HOA and housing insurance monthly fees. We spilt the utilities. Ask any questions you want! Move in would be anytime after February 15th.
About the roomies
I have a 3 year old boy 50/50. He is very well mannered and quiet! I also have a Puggle dog. Must clean up after yourself and be respectful. Please no drama and no parties. Other than that, I’m laid back and always out traveling the States or hiking.
