Hello! I’m looking for someone to sublease one of two rooms in west Fort Collins, CO. My two-story townhome is located right by Horsetooth Reservoir. Your rent would be $545 per month, which includes your half of a $25 utility fee (for water, sewer, and trash). You must be at least 22 years old, and no pets are allowed. The bedroom is unfurnished. The cat-related items, piano, couch, and dining room table will be removed.
