Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to move into a townhouse, large bedroom with double mirrored closet by October 15th. The apartment is walking distance to Triangle Square, Eastside Mini Mart and 17th St. on the Eastside of Costa Mesa!

It’s a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom place and you’d have an upstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom.

Hardwood floors downstairs and tile in bathrooms. There’s a washer and dryer - brand new - and 1 parking spot and plenty of street parking (I pay extra to park in the garage.) The kitchen is great for cooking and I love to decorate and make it homey. There’s also a pretty large backyard patio area with new furniture and a BBQ. It’s a very safe area and the Landlord is super nice and helpful.

Ideal move in date is October 15th, 2020, but dates are somewhat flexible. The Landlord will run a Credit Check and there’s a Security Deposit (first months rent). Monthly Rent is $1,375, and utilities are usually around $65/month. The Lease expires on November 30, 2021, however, the Landlord would prefer long term Tenant’s.

The house is non-smoking cigarettes, not pet friendly, and is not a huge party house, but I enjoy a drink or two and I’m pretty social on the weekends.
