Winston's room

The townhouse style apt is three floors with a large shared living space on the second. The complex offers a very large pool with a lazy river, and sanded volleyball court. The complex is new and the grounds are kept in great shape by the parent company.

Myself and the two other gentlemen living in the room are between 20-24. We are all three students in Gainesville. We are all very laid back and interaction would be minimal to nonexistent if you desired. Otherwise all three of us are kind and personable, and will treat any respectful housemates with respect.
