Melissa's room

Room has a Large bedroom with queen bed, 32 inch tv, wifi, electric and use of kitchen. There is a screened porch. Very quite area. Home is on private land. I am close to I-4 exit 19. Alot of places to eat. NO smoking inside or outside due to allergies. Location is near Alexander and Sam Allen Rd, 3 miles to the community college. I keep a clean home and expect the room your renting to be kept clean. The room is available for ONE person. I work 8 to 5pm and It would be a great fit for someone with similar working job schedule. Transportation a must. Sorry NO PETS! my 2 cats said no. If interested please let me know. Also a great room to use if commuting from other county.

I am pretty easy going person over 55, I work a full time job. I am a light sleeper so I would prefer to have a roommate that understands quite time at 10 pm and who works a full time job.
