Room available with a nice 20 year old female roommate. 932 sqft with a 310 sq ft room. Brick walls and concrete floors. Private bathrooms and big closets. Community pool with 2 hot tubs, a water slide, and grills. On site laundry mat but multiple others within a few miles of the complex. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, one block away from ASU campus. Open to pets and okay with smoking. I have to move out due to a family situation, will be available as soon as December 1st.

She is a shy but friendly 20 year old. No pets and doesn’t smoke. Works 5:30am-3:30pm 4 days a week. Pretty clean and not loud at all. Occassionaly has guest but spends most of her time not at the apartment. Okay with guest as long as you aren’t too loud at night when she has to sleep for work.
