Large bedroom in a large 6 bedroom apartment. Looking to rent to a student, as their yearly schedules work well with mine. But open to other possibilities. This is a 6 bedroom apartment. I, the landlord, live in the front part of the apartment. It’s nice and quiet and I’m looking for quiet tenants. It’s $650 a month, $650 for last month’s rent, and 300 for security deposit for a total of 1600 to move in. No pets.

Right now there are three men, including myself. I am 32 years old, another is 21 years old, and the last is 38 years old. We all work various jobs. Then there are two Women in Americorps, both of whom are 23 yeas old. Looking to add anther woman to keep it even.
