Pleasant, quite neighborhood in Holden, a block from the high school. There is a a big yard, and Iaundry on site. 20 minutes from Watchusett Mountain. 10 minute walk to the center of Holden. 1 minute from the Police station ;) Internet and amenities would be included.

This would be ideal for a single parent and kid (have another room to rent for an additional cost) or a college student. I am only interested in someone who is financially stable. I have one cat, so hopefully you enjoy cats. Please only text, I will call you back.
