Whitney Street

The apartment is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom on the first floor of a three story house. Two of the rooms are filled by my roommate and myself but we need to fill the third. The apartment is two blocks away from Elizabeth Park, Farmington Ave., and Uconn Law. West Hartford is within walking distance (2 mi.) and there are several restaurants and stores even closer. The closest grocery store is within 10 minutes away. The house is heated using natural gas and has a gas stove. Laundry is also included for free by our landlord who is extremely nice and very responsive. The other tenants on the other floors are of similar age as us and are great people and extremely friendly.

The two of us living here are young professionals (Male 25-30) who work Monday to Friday. We are generally easy going and sociable, somewhat active but are also into board games (Settler of Catan and the like) and music (listening and making). Sometimes we share meals and cook with each other, but involvement is voluntary. We also all pitch in and work together to keep the apartment clean and functional, within reasonable expectations.
