FEMALE ROOMATE WANTED Two bedrooms available for rent. Idea if for one to be your bedroom and other to be your living area. Photos shown one living area with a futon couch and the other with a bedroom. Photos shown have current roomates belongings in them. She will be moving out the end of January. Shared bathroom and kitchen. All bills included, AC, heat, water, electric, cable, WiFi, laundry, parking. Looking for female roomate only to live with myself and another female.

I currently live in a 4 bedroom house, with my boyfriend (downstairs bedroom) and then a 23 yr old female roommate in one of the three upstairs bedrooms. You would only be sharing a bathroom with the upstairs roomate and then would have access to both your bedroom and the 2nd bedroom meant for your living room. Kitchen is common area. We are looking for a professional roommate, someone who is mature, responsible, clean and trust worthy. We are all very clean so we would like to have someone who can maintain our level of cleanliness in common areas such as bathrooms and kitchen. We have a hypo allergenic dog, 2 year old Samoyed who only has access to the downstairs. We also like having a few friends over occasionally but do not allow parties due to the friendly neighbor hood and nice home that we live in. The 3 of us get along very well and have created a very welcoming place to live so we would be looking for someone to mesh well with us.
