2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. Washer and dryer in unit. Balcony over looks the volley ball court, tennis court, and the pool. Lease would be month to month. WiFi in unit as well as access to the rest of the apartment. 2nd floor unit and the rooms are on the opposite sides of the units. Security deposit is $800 and since it’s the middle of the month so first months rent is $400 so it would be $1200 to move in.

I am a 34 year old male and work 2 jobs so most of the time you’ll have the unit to yourself. I don’t mind guest or whatever you have going on just be respectful of the neighbors. I have 2 dogs in the unit that don’t bite. The room is ready to move in ASAP. Come and go as you please do as you wish.
