East Baltimore Street

I am currently looking for 2 females to occupy basement rooms in a townhouse located near patterson park. You would share a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in unit along with a garage that fits one car. We usually keep it open for the last one in as parking becomes more sparse the later it gets. Utilities are not included but are around $100/per person a month. That includes Comcast/wifi and BGE. The current occupants are both female in their early 20s, very clean and easy going. A cat lives at the residence, but no more pets are allowed. The house was renovated in 2016 and no other occupants have lived in it since renovation.
