We have one room ($1140/month) opening in our amazing house (5 bedrooms) in Outer Mission. We’re looking for people to move in starting between October 1st - November 1st. Details follow:

The house is 2300 sq ft, 3 stories, plus a fenced backyard, all of which are part of this property. We have a washer/dryer and central heating. There is no AC, as is standard in SF. It’s very temperate 98% of the year. All furniture pictured in the link above is included.

We have a 2 car garage, and 2 spots outside to park in front of it. We currently only have two cars!

The Location The house is in Excelsior / Outer mission, about a 5 minute walk from Mission street, and a 15 minute walk from Glen Park BART station. We’re walking distance to a lot of restaurants (like Farolito!) and multiple parks.

All 4 existing roommates are professionals between 20-30 years old. We are currently 2 female (F) and 2 males (M). We’re fairly quiet and nondisruptive. However (prior to covid) we regularly hosted get-togethers and movie nights. In the past, our landlord has only allowed us to have pets that are considered emotional support animals. We currently have one cat.

We’re very open to video calls if you’d like to meet us or virtually tour the house! We can also do an in person tour if you are seriously interested.
