About the room
$ 1,100.50/900 square feet - Roommate needed for spacious Capitol Hill Apartment.
Charming 1920’s building, just blocks from Broadway & an easy walk to downtown. Located in a convenient neighborhood with restaurants, shops & parks nearby. Top floor, corner unit with updated appliances. I am looking for a somewhat outgoing, but mature LGBTQ or LGBTQ friendly, responsible roommate to share the apartment with. My current roommate has moved out, so I am looking for another responsible roommate to take over his room.
A little about me: I am a mixed race, gay male, who is a native of Seattle, WA. I work as a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant for a well known Class-Action, Environmental, Civil and Human Rights law firm (Monday-Friday). I keep an active social life by working, traveling, or going out to dinners/brunches with close family and friends(of course, this has altered somewhat due to the pandemic) I am pretty easy-going, but also responsible.
This unit features: 2 bedroom 1 bath Corner Unit Hardwood floors Unique styling Lots of space Laundry in the building Unfurnished Private Room Fully Furnished Living Room (but we can negotiate if you have living room furniture you would like to bring)
To Move in: You must have great rental history, and submit a application(which is 40 dollars). Monthly Rent: $1, 100.50 (water, sewer, and garbage are included in this rent). There is no last months rent to put down to move in. Deposit: There is already a deposit for the place, so there 0 dollar fee for the deposit. I just ask that you respect the place while living here.
Monthly Bills: Electricity is 22 -30 dollars every 2months (which will be divided by the two us). Internet is 60 dollars per person(streaming channels included).
Move in date: October 15th or November 1st. If you would like to check out the apartment, I have availability to show virtually/ or in person (but please follow the Covid-19 guidelines: specifically, wear a mask). Feel free to email or text me to set-up an appointment.
To sum it all up: This is a great place to live because it is in the heart of the city (between downtown and Capitol Hill)! I am going on my 6th year living in this space.
Thank You!
