Pam and Jims' Home's room

My wife Pam and I have a great new home in Lakewood that has three bedrooms on the lower walk-out level for three single women to live together. One large (11’ by 15’) bedroom is presently available for $757 a month including internet, utilities, and air-conditioning. A second large (12’ by 13’) bedroom will be available January 14th for $808 a month. As shown in the pictures the bedroom are reached by walking through a security gate and then across a fenced patio. We have recently rented the two bedrooms beginning April first so they are available for a month + until March 30th. The patio area also has ping-pong and foosball for gatherings with friends. The lower level of our home also contains a shared living/dining room area, and a spacious new kitchen/washer-dryer area. The bathroom is shared with one other person. No pets are allowed. The location is close to mountain parks for great hiking, including one trail about 50 yards from our home, and with easy access to highways connecting to Denver, Golden, and Littleton. Pam and I live in the upper level of the home, with privacy between the two home levels, but also with a small community spirit!

My wife Pam and I are active Christian seniors and live in the upper level of the home. There is privacy for the three women in the lower level as there is no interior connection between the two areas.
